With Damian’s comedic knack for finding the unique characteristics of country life and Kirsten’s journalistic eye for a good story, Town Criers delivers a fresh perspective on Australia’s smaller communities. It’s both a live show and a podcast, where local stories are celebrated.
Damian and Kirsten come to a town and really get to know it, before inviting locals on stage to participate in our Town Quiz, there’s a snap Mayoral election and a live podcast interview with the local town heroes! Each show is tailored to the town, featuring key community members and local history for a show that is both heart-warming and hilarious. The stage show is later transformed into a podcast to be enjoyed forever more!
